Lachen-Lachung-Gangtok tour
Overview
Gangtok
Extremely seductive, delightfully rowdy, and shrouded in clouds, Gangtok, the Sikkim capital City, may also provide you with an amazing view of Mt. Kanchenjunga from a distance. Many hikers use the picturesque hill station, which is surrounded by mountains and clouds, as a base to access the Himalayan mountain ranges. If viewed from a cable car, the mesmerizing prismatic splendour and the lovely curving hill roads are even more spectacular. Gangtok, whose name translates to "hilltop," is undoubtedly one of the nation's most stunning high towns. Gangtok is a living, pulsating slice of heaven of the Himalayas with everything in exactly the right amount, from a blending of cultural identities to urbanization. A living, thriving slice of paradise can be found in the northeast at Gangtok. The third-highest mountain peak in the world, Kanchenjunga, can be seen in stunning detail from there. Like everything around it, Gangtok is surrounded by beautiful natural features, like the Tsomgo Lake, Ban Jhakri Falls, Tashi viewpoint, and many others. Enchey Monastery, Ganesh Tok, Do Drul Chorten Rumtek Monastery, among others, are more sites worth seeing. The Teesta River is one of the top places in North East India for white water rafting.
LACHUNG
Due to its stunning natural surroundings, India's north-east has traditionally been one of the most popular tourism destinations. One of the undiscovered wonders that Sikkim's natural beauty can magically rejuvenate you is found there. Lachung is a hill station that is one of the best places to visit in the nation. It is elevated at a height of 2,400 metres. Lachung also serves as a forward base for the Indian Army and enjoys beautiful weather all year long. The area is visible covered in pretty, colourful meadows in the summer, and in the winter, Lachung is covered in a blanket of snow. Lachung has a lot of places to see despite being a small hill town. Lachung is good for individuals seeking relaxation and is perfect for those who enjoy nature and adventure.
LACHEN
Lachen, located in the north district of Sikkim at a height of 2,750 metres, is one of those tourist destinations that may take your breath away with its beauty and climate. Lachen literally means "large pass," and it's interesting to note that the location gives unmatched views of the valleys that mix with its adjacent settlement. Lachen, which is about 27 kilometres from Chungthang, serves as the starting point for both the Gurudongmar Lake and the Chopta Valley. As previously stated, one of India's lesser-known natural wonders, the Lachen hamlet, has the power to mesmerise you to a whole new level.
